1. What is a Portable Battery Charger? How do I use it? Do I charge it with batteries?
A Portable Battery Charger is a portable iPhone/iPod/iTouch charger that allows you to charge your device on the go. It acts as a battery pack for your Apple device, extending how long you can use your iPhone or iPod without having to look for a power socket to charge it. Portable Battery Charger are rechargeable, and are charged with the same USB cable used to charge your iPhone or iPod.
2. What models of the iPhone/iPod does your charger work with?
Our product has been rigorously tested to work on the iPhone 4G, iPhone 3GS, and iPhone 3G. It also works on all current versions of the iPod and iTouch.
3. How much battery life can the chargers charge my phone up to?
The chargers can charge up to 1 full charge of an iPhone 4, or up to 1.5 times of an iPhone 3G or 3GS.
4. I'm more of a numbers person, can you give me the hard specifications for your charger? Sure! The specification are;

5. The charger does not seem to be able to connect securely to my iPhone, is there a problem with the charger?
With some iPhone cases, the cover may be blocking the charger from being connected securely. Remove the case and try connecting the charger.
6. I have charged the charger till the 4 lights on the top left are lit, however the charger only charges half of my iphone battery. Is it faulty?
The charger is only fully charged when the “Full” button lights up. The 4 lights at the top of the charger indicate that the charger is roughly 80% charged. Please allow 2-4 hours for the portable charger to be fully charged to maximise your battery life on-the-go.
7. My portable charger does not work / has malfunctioned. Do you do refunds?
Even though we have tested our products before we send them out, defects may occur from time to time. To maximise customer satisfaction, we offer a 90 days warranty on our products. If you encounter any problems with your charger within the first week of receiving it, you qualify for a 1-to-1 exchange for a brand new charger.
